Last night, President Donald Trump said he spoke with Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro. He did not elaborate on their discussion, but the call comes as Congress has vowed to increase oversight of the U.S. operations targeting alleged drug boats in the Caribbean and Pacific Oceans.
