FROM whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. James 4:1-4

  1. James K. Keenum says:

Truly, a very powerful story. I listen to Paul Harvey everyday that I drove a pest control for 21 years. I did my best to catch all three of his radio shows on a daily bases. I came across some old “And now for the rest of the story” broadcasts on youtube and listened for about an hour. I surely do miss his unique voice. Thank you for publishing this story.

Oh how I love this article on Paul Harvey! The only two radio voices I miss are Rush Limbaugh’s and Paul Harvey’s… no one else even comes close to these two American Icons! Thank you for this wonderful read down memory lane!
