‘God has been so good to me’: Ella Langley reacts to incredible nine CMA Awards nominations

Ella Langley shared some powerful comments about religion after achieving another career milestone.

As country music fans know, Langley has turned into a truly unstoppable force in the music industry, and she’s built an unbelievably loyal following.

The winning doesn’t stop, and that now includes nine nominations for awards at the 60th CMA Awards. She tied the record for most nominations for a female artist, according to Billboard.

Ella Langley gives praise to God after racking up CMA nominations.

The “Dandelion” singer was performing in New Jersey late last week, according to Whiskey Riff, and she addressed her latest career accomplishments by recognizing her religious beliefs and the path she’s taken.

“God has been so good to me, has been just so, so good to me. I’m just a poor girl from a small town with a big dream. Pretty cliche, I know, but it’s true. I’ve done countless things. Ridiculous, dumb things in my life. I don’t feel like I always deserve it, but I am so grateful that I’ve been given the opportunity to stand up here and sing songs that I love,” Langley told the crowd.

Langley continued, “I get to write songs that mean something to me, and then I get to watch a crowd of people that means something to them. It means something to you. So, thank you. Thank you for listening.”

This certainly isn’t the first time Langley has gone viral for sharing her religious beliefs with her fans. She previously went viral during a show for stating the following:

You are good enough today. The fact that you woke up this morning made you good enough for today. The fact that we have a God that loves us is why you are good enough today. You will always be good enough. You will always be good enough. We’ll always fall short but always be good enough for that kind of love. I hope today that if you heard anything from me in this set tonight, I want you to feel that kind of love. Because there’s no one else in this world that can give it to you the way that our Lord and Savior can. That type of love.
