The note for the Bush’s had to be a photo because of the quick reaction. Probably a photo of GHWB hanging.
As per Q 2608 on December 12, 2018, the envelopes distributed were “Our promise to ‘counter’.” Q had not elaborated further on these “plans to counter”, but I would imagine that those who received the envelopes knew exactly what they meant. Secret service was keeping a close eye on all of them during the funeral. I believe the note said, something to the effect of “your time ruining the USA has now ended”…….
Of course, the best reaction of all that day was the note that Jeb Bush was showed by Laura Bush. His face completely dropped and went “white” upon reading it. I would love to know what was written on that note. It was handed to her by a member of the Secret Service, as I recall.
Jeb looked at it way to fast for him to read anything, so I believe it was a picture of his father at Gitmo.
