Former FBI Director James Comey has been subpoenaed in a “grand conspiracy” investigation into former intelligence and law enforcement officials who were part of President Donald Trump’s prosecution, Axios reported, citing two sources with knowledge of the situation.

The subpoena is related to Comey’s alleged involvement in a 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) on Russia’s meddling in the 2016 presidential election to help Trump, according to Axios’ sources.
