No. Please bring your state identification and a printed copy of the e-mail confirmation of your purchase that you received as your receipt to the event registration. There are two registration times. There is Early Registration at The Hotel Hot Springs from 4 to 6 pm. There is Regular Registration from 8:30 to 10 am in Front of Horner Hall. We will give you a badge and lanyard that will serve as your “pass” for the weekend’s events.
The event is being held at the Hot Springs Convention Center at 134 Convention Blvd. Hot Springs, Arkansas 71901. Horner Hall is the theater inside of the Convention Center. Other events like the Speakers Dinner and the After Party are held at The Hotel Hot Springs which is connected to the Convention Center.
All the events are casual to business casual. Hot Springs National Park is Arkansas’ #1 Tourist Destination, and it is a “walking” experience. Downtown is best seen by walking the eclectic shops and enjoying the sites. Also, the Convention Center is very large. Two hotels (Embassy Suites and The Hotel Hot Springs) are connected to the facility. Inside the Convention Center is a basketball arena, trade show floor that can fit three football fields, classrooms and a theater – Horner Hall. Please wear comfortable shoes.
Both hotels next to the Convention Center have free parking for hotel guests and are attached by a sky bridge. There is free parking behind the convention center as well.
On Saturday’s event, we will break for lunch around 12 noon. Outside food is NOT permitted inside the theater – however, at the Convention Center – there is onsite “food court” and food purchased there may be brought INTO the theatre for lunch. In addition – there is an outside “food truck” area within walking distance of the theater.
On Sunday, the sermon will conclude at around 12 noon.
VIP badge holders are invited to the Speakers Dinner on Friday, August 9 at 6:30 on the 2nd Floor of The Hotel Hot Springs.
Event Pass Plus holders (as well as VIP) are invited to the After Party on Saturday from 7 to 11 pm. We will have a DJ, a dance floor, a band, finger foods and a cash bar.
There are designated seating areas for VIP, Event Pass Plus and Event Pass. However, in those respective areas – it is “first comes, first serve.”
The event concludes on Sunday with Bob Joyce’s Live Music followed by his Sunday Sermon. You are invited to watch the baptisms, which will begin at approximately 1:30 at Horner Hall.

There are men and woman changing rooms onsite and please bring a towel, a swimsuit and modest cover up.
