FBI Agent FACES THE STAND: The Fulton County Ballot Battle Explodes as Tulsi Fights for Her Job!

Fulton County Raid and Expanding Legal Battles

The legal fallout from the FBI’s January 28, 2026, raid on the Fulton County Election Hub…which resulted in the seizure of nearly 700 boxes of 2020 election records, including original ballots…is expanding across multiple fronts.

In federal court, Fulton County officials continue to demand the return of the original materials. During recent mediation attempts overseen by U.S. District Judge J.P. Boulee, the DOJ rejected a compromise to return the originals and keep copies, proposing instead to keep the original ballots and provide the county with copies. Fulton County officials have argued the raid was a “flagrant constitutional violation,” alleging the search warrant affidavit relied on debunked conspiracy theories rather than probable cause. A highly anticipated upcoming hearing may compel the FBI agent who drafted the affidavit to testify under oath about its origins and the true motive of the criminal probe.

Concurrently, civil litigation is escalating. On April 21, Common Cause joined the legal fray, suing the DOJ to block the creation of a national voter database using seized records, fearing the data could be funneled into the SAVE program to purge eligible voters. This follows the parallel lawsuit filed by the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law on behalf of the NAACP, which also seeks to restrict the DOJ from using the seized personal voter data outside the bounds of the specific criminal investigation.

Tulsi Gabbard’s Standing

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, whose physical presence during the Fulton County raid drew severe congressional scrutiny, is facing intense internal pressure within the Trump Administration.

Recent friction centers on the ongoing U.S.-Israel war against Iran. Tensions spiked when Joe Kent, the director of the National Counterterrorism Center, resigned in protest of the war, stating Iran posed no imminent threat. Gabbard subsequently released a statement defending President Trump’s authority to determine imminent threats, though she notably stopped short of explicitly endorsing his specific intelligence assessment regarding Iran.

Despite reports in early April that President Trump was polling advisers about replacing her…purportedly frustrated that she had “shielded” Kent…she remains in her post. Current backstage reporting suggests that pressure campaigns to oust Gabbard, led by figures like Laura Loomer, were ultimately sidelined after intervention by Trump ally Roger Stone. Gabbard continues to operate as DNI, navigating the internal administration conflicts over foreign intervention while remaining a central figure in the continuing domestic disputes over election integrity.
