U.S. Sues Comerica Bank Over Treatment of Federal Benefits Users

The CFPB accused the Comerica banking subsidiary of deliberately hanging up on millions of Direct Express cardholders’ customer service calls, impeding them from exercising their legal rights, charging them with illegal ATM fees and mishandling their fraud complaints.
