But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we BELIEVE that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with Him. For this we say unto you by the Word of the LORD, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the LORD shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the LORD Himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the Trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the LORD in the air: and so shall we ever be with the LORD. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18

Uncle Sam-themed DHS website urges US citizens to join ICE: ‘AMERICA NEEDS YOU’

The website, join.ICE.gov, is brand new, according to DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin.

Its rollout comes weeks after Congress passed the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which will allow ICE to hire 10,000 more federal law enforcement officers and agents to carry out its congressionally mandated mission of enforcing U.S. immigration laws within the United States. ICE will also have funding to detain up to 100,000 illegal immigrants, double the previous amount, and set up an additional 80,000 beds.

The website draws on the character legend Uncle Sam with a graphic showing the famous figure pointing at the viewer and capital letters at the top of the page that read “AMERICA NEEDS YOU.”

“Your country is calling upon you to serve,” the site reads. “Due to the prior administration’s disastrous immigration policies, the men and women of ICE now face unprecedented challenges. You are critically needed to secure our communities and uphold our laws.”

McLaughlin shared the website on X on Tuesday afternoon with a call to action.

“Terrorists,” McLaughlin wrote in a post. “Pedophiles. MS-13 Gang members. Murderers. Rapists. Drug traffickers. Human traffickers. We need YOU to get them out.”

The page features three primary jobs within ICE: deportation officer, criminal investigator, and general attorney. The deportation officer position is for those who identify as “enforcers,” according to the job description.

“For the brave,” the description reads. “For those who fight to keep America safe.”

“The protectors” and those who seek the truth and are skilled at analysis ought to apply for the criminal investigator position, according to the listing.

Finally, the general counsel posting calls on the “closers” and the “resolute” to apply for the ultimate position to “represent the USA.”

DESANTIS LAMBASTS MAMDANI’S PAST CALLS TO DEFUND POLICE AS ‘ASININE’ POLICY

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem called on the public to join ICE in a separate post on X on Tuesday afternoon that featured President Donald Trump, Noem, acting ICE Director Todd Lyons, and an ICE employee.

“Your country is calling on you to serve at @ICEgov,” Noem wrote. “In the wake of the Biden administration’s failed immigration policies, your country needs dedicated men and women of ICE to get the worst of the worst criminals out of our country. This is a defining moment in our nation’s history. Your skills, your experience, and your courage have never been more essential. Together, we must defend the homeland.”
