Vice President Kamala Harris is speaking at the White House Tribal Nations Summit as part of the Biden-Harris administration’s efforts with Native American affairs.
Harris is scheduled to speak at the event from the Department of the Interior in Washington, D.C., at 1:20 p.m. EST.

The vice president will speak ahead of President Joe Biden’s planned address at the summit later on Monday. Earlier on Monday, Biden issued a proclamation establishing the Carlisle Federal Indian Boarding School National Monument.
