Many conservatives are intelligent , but have gotten there on their own. Many do not understand the idea of uniting and acting as a team, in order to further the correct ideas. Too many are stuck on well, it makes common sense to do things this way , and expect that alone to sway someone . Many people do not have the smarts to understand cause and effect , as the real world works, so they may need a little bit of rah rah go team , or a 2 x 4 upside the head , to slap some common sense into them. 😉
