Trump was not on trial for having sex with a porn star. That is not a crime.
He was not on trial for paying hush money. That is also not a crime.
Trump was on trial for falsifying business records to hide his actions in order to influence the 2016 election.
I am not saying that this wasn’t politically motivated by Trump’s political enemies, and NOT so much the Democrats!
As per President Trump on his Truth Social post: “My bookkeeper called a “Legal Expense,” on the “tiny” description line of the Ledger, a “Legal Expense,” openly paid to my lawyer, at that time a fully accredited one…” ……. Money paid to his attorney (Michael Cohen) in the amount of $400K included the $130K Non Disclosure Agreement monies, plus monies for other legal expenses. This is considered a Legal Expense. NDAs are paid very often and is not held as a crime. The payment in question was made to his attorney, and was entered in his books as “Legal Expenses.” The entire premise of the law suit created against him was false in nature. The judge giving the jury 3 ways in which to find President Trump guilty of a secondary crime was also unconstitutional and should be appealed very easily.

I chose no because Trump will be the Republican candidate. The RNC should stand by that decision 100%. Naysayer republicans also are not recognizing the severe flaws in the trial itself. It was an obvious sham and a political persecution. If you refuse to call a duck a duck then the people can’t trust you.
