El Salvador offered to take U.S. Immigration deportees into their prisons; including American Citizens who are violent criminals. The Supreme Court says for American Citizens this is Unconstitutional. What is your opinion?

If we are to Make America Great Again, we must take out all the trash. No worries if your not a criminal. I would say this is a great deterrence.

I’m always thinking ahead. We have a great relationship now with El Salvador but what if things change. If our prisoners are there and different leadership comes in could they put a controls over the prisoners and send them back to our country to harm us. I rather the USA have control of our own citizens.

I voted send them there but on second thought I think I might just agree with Stella. We should have control of our criminals in order to make sure they stay where they belong-prison! We can make them dread our prisons just as much as El Salvador prisons!
Yes deport the violent illegals to El Salvador and deport any Americans as well if they have been convicted of crimes against children so they won’t have a chance of being released and committing crimes against any other child!
I believe it would be unconstitutional to send a true US Citizen to Any other country to be imprisoned- the US should take control over its own criminals- and agree with what Stella said as well.
I am all for illegals getting out of OUR country! I truly do not care where they are sent. However, I do not believe U S citizens should be sent there. They may have made terrible choices, but they are still US citizens. They still are afforded their rights, given my God! I am grateful He forgave me of my sins, so no need to be nasty and act unjust to US citizens(Real) It’s their country too!
Violent criminals deserve what they get in El Salvador. Nobody has the right to hurt innocent people. They need to learn a hard lesson. In the US justice system, most criminals just rotate right back into prison. I realize that the US will still have to pay for their criminals, so if El Salvador is willing to take them on, that’s even better because the prisoners will really regret ever hurting another human being!
I send send them back to El Salvador but they need to be locked up in maximum prison where there is no escape for them. It’s time to rid the evil and bring all to Justice. What if a lefty gets in again and undoes what Trump has done . I don’t want those types here but they need prison
