My name is James , I’m a follower of Jesus Christ and because I am I have a serious question to asked. Help me understand time-travel and folks not aging? I watch gene about every day at 5 and I pick up on things that I don’t understand and actually question. If you can’t or won’t answer I guess I’ll have mine. The question comes from my heart , with know bad intentions. I’m a retired army reserve, and retired police officer and think I’ve earned a straight answer, respectfully, James.

    1. Ok you want the Truth…here it is…There is NO time travel. The Great God of Heaven reserves the future to Himself. If not, Satan would be the first time-traveler.

God knows the past, future, and everything in between, along with every possible change, because He is outside and above time. The creator is not subject to time, nor is He subject to matter or space like humans. God can see all things, including the future, because He is not restricted by linear time like we are. God has shown us eternity and time, but not beyond our own chronology. The future is unknown. ONLY God knows what is ahead (Ecclesiastes 3:11).

Only God has the ability to stand at the beginning and properly predict the conclusion because He is omniscient. He is aware of all that is real and imaginable, and He has lived our yesterdays, todays, and tomorrows, the past, present, and future, as the everlasting, omniscient God. Therefore, God is the Beginning and End, the Alpha and Omega (Revelation 21:6).

My future is in God’s hands. God is repeatedly shown in Scripture as knowing what will happen. God knows all that will be, not just selectively but exhaustively. Indeed, God presents his knowledge of the future as proof of His deity in Isaiah 46:8-10: “I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning and things not yet done from ancient times, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose.”

I understand why you did what you did. There was so much you had to deal with. My name is Robert Gayer, and I live in Long Island NY. I just became a grandpa. I am so sorry for the loss of your daughter. I wish you all the best maybe one day we could meet and pray together. I was a first responder at 9-11 ground zero I did and saw it all. I did it as a person who wanted to help I did not get paid for what I did and I know I have a few health problems, but that is ok. I pray for you to be happy.I love to sing the wounder of you to my wife a lot. God Bless and thank you very much.

    Pastor Bob,

First, I want to say thank you for this amazing article! I needed to hear this now more than ever, especially from you! I have been a single mom over the past 8 years.

Often times, as you might imagine, my temperance and patience has been very short because of the challenges and duties single motherhood beings. Alone, I was instantly cast into raising 2 young children. Paying all the bills, and dealing with life’s pressures of making ends meet in all aspects of life financially, spiritually, physically, mentally, etc.. Many times, I have been overwhelmed, tired, and frustrated not having a help mate and many times feeling that God had forgotten about me.
Why did I have to do this alone? Why did my husband leave? Why me? Many times questioning my existence as a person, especially a mother.

Through my trials, I held onto a tiny seed of hope that my life was somehow, just somehow, for the greater good of God. I did not know God would use my story as a testimony to what you have written about in your article, but he has. He has grown my patience and tempered me with the flames of hell that single motherhood tends to bring, which is no easy task.

God has always provided during my trial. In fact, he blessed me financially and our needs were always met even in excess. I thank God for this. Often times, mentally and physically, the road seemed unbearable and hard to keep going forward. Little did I know that my faith was being forge into a beautiful story, a testimony, of his greater good!

After 8 years of treading through quick sand, slowly sinking, in the twinkle of an eye and in God’s due time, he sent me the love of my life. I finally have a help mate.
God’s love, a small seed of HOPE, and faith was enough to carry me even when I often lost sight of life’s path myself. God has used his forge to mold me into a vessel for his greater good. He has sharpened me to be able to speak and give testimony to others about his work in my life and what good he can bring to all.

As far as you and the work you are doing, just know that your ministry is reaching the world! You are doing God’s work and it is palpable at your church and online. We see you, we love you, and we thank you so much for your work in Christ. You are helping so many people grow closer to God.

My children and I were blessed to visit your church in Benton last Sunday, March 23, 2025 from West Virginia. We felt the love and passion you have for Christ. Truly an amazing experience both online and even more in person. Again, thank you for the weekly encouragement and delivery of God pure and perfect word.

Christ love and peace be with you my brother in Christ.

    Sincerely,
    The Friley family
    Lyndsey, Olivia, and Noah
