But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we BELIEVE that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with Him. For this we say unto you by the Word of the LORD, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the LORD shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the LORD Himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the Trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the LORD in the air: and so shall we ever be with the LORD. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18

This article is beautiful and I learn so much from each of them. I use the frankincense essential oil to bless my home , land, the barn, the horses and dogs too in prayer “In Jesus mighty name” and also to remove any “ill spirit’s” away in the “name of Jesus”. Your message makes me think of how the Holy Spirit fills the soul from the songs we sing, and our praises and prayers and when we give him all the glory! And when He speaks to us and gives us confirmation through the Holy Spirit that fills up our senses and “that” is truly a sweet fragrance!

Please pray for my family. My mom passed in June and my mil in July. Both were 80. Now my dad is in the hospital 88 yrs old with severe pneumonia and dementia. He has the angry kind. We need peace and he he needs healing. Ty. Janet

We are a savor to the Lord when our actions and words reflect the mind of Christ. In fellowship we enjoy those of like precious faith. This is what God finds joy. A people with a sweet savor that is aimed at pleasing the Lord. The “Fruits of the Spirit” in Gal 5:22 is a good starting point for any of Christ’s soldiers, young or old!! Remain steadfast in the Christ within!

I love all of the natural fragrances that the good Lord has Blessed us with…pine trees, just before and right after the rain. The smell of certain types of wood burning. Freshly cut grass, freshly baled hay. Freshly bathed infant. Lightly sweaty horse. Wild flowers. A mountain stream. The smell of winter in the air. The list goes on and on…. and there’s so many people that truly never even take the time to appreciate… all of the natural fragrances that the good Lord has Blessed us with. I can’t even imagine how much better the fragrance of God his self is going to be. He’s only given a truly “small” hunt… with all of the Earth’s natural fragrances.
