President Joe Biden is delivering an address at the Holocaust Memorial Museum’s Annual Days of Remembrance ceremony.
Biden is expected to start speaking at 11:30 a.m. EDT from the Capitol Building in Washington, D.C.

The speech comes as anti-Israel protests across the country have included intimidation and harassment of Jewish people, along with rising antisemitism since the Hamas terrorist attack against Israel on Oct. 7, 2023. On Tuesday, the White House outlined steps it would take to combat antisemitism on college campuses.
